their hair sounds like pretty natural hair. But if your considering a perm, you could use a perm called ';Just For Me''.It is a little kid perm and it will not harm their hair, its very gentle and it will straighten out that curly hair, and make it long and silky and pretty.

Hope I helpedWhat is a good hair relaxer for kids who are of both black and white ethnicity?
because of the amount of maintenance processed hair requires, it is not advisable, to use it in kids hair. TRUST ME. IT WILL DAMAGE IT AND make it more unmanageable
I wouldn't relax their hair, I would use a good hair gel, it won't ruin their hair. I use Paul Mitchell. If you buy the big bottle like 16 oz or so, its about 18, but it lasts forever, and it has some moisturizers. Also they can't use the same shampoo, and conditioner as straight hair. They have to use something for dry, or curly hair, and also a very good conditioner, not a rinse, and even a leave in conditioner, and occasional deep conditioner. Relaxing their hair can cause serious damage to it, and not to mention those are strong quemicals to use on a child. Even if you relax it, you have to mantain it, it's not going to stay straight all the time, and it can become more like straw, than hair.
Please dont put a relaxer in a childs hair, you will only do more damage. you need to get a realy good conditioner for their hair and use the proper tools. Perhaps you have a black grilfriend who can help you with what kind of things to use in their hair
hot oil hair treatment , as this is natral and helps well
You shouldn't put relaxer on kids hair. Try a hot comb and/or a flat iron. You also need to make sure they use good detangling conditioners.
