There aren't any natural hair relaxers (unless you count using a straightening iron, along with straightening hair shampoo, and blowdrying it straight every morning ';natural';).
Only chemicals will permanently relax your hair, and it isn't cheap.
For a cheaper option, why don't you just try keeping it cropped and short, so it ends up being tight curls around your head instead?
