What hair relaxer will make my curly hair super straight?鈾?

I want to relax my hair i need a really good relaxer from the store to make my hair super straight ???

Thanks so muchWhat hair relaxer will make my curly hair super straight?鈾?
Interestingly enough, it isn't the relaxer that straightens the hair-- it is your smoothing techinique during the smoothing stage.

All relaxers only break di-sulfide bonds, after the relaxer has broken the bonds- you are the straightener! Your smoothing lengthens the broken bonds, and your neutralizing freezes the straightened bonds into place. All relaxers are pretty much the same. Flip the jar over to the back, you'll see the same ingredients every time! So whether its motions, mizani (which is what I use!), dark n lovely, etc-- its the same chemicals doing the same work. You are what really matters!

There are things that you can do to get the straightest turn out though:

1.) Use a lye relaxer. For this, you'd need to see a stylist as lye relaxers are rarely available over the counter to those of us who aren't licensed stylists.

2.) Clarify (or chelate) your hair prior to relaxing. Basically, get a good stripping shampoo like Pantene Purity or a chelating shampoo like Joico's or Nexxus Aloe Rid. You'd use this shampoo 3-5 days prior to your relaxer. This will remove any product or mineral buildup that remains on your strand. This product buildup can stand in the way of your relaxer working its best.

3.) Light protein treatment prior to relaxer. This rebuilds your hair and reinforces it a bit. Healthier hair relaxes better than unprepped, unhealthy or damaged hair.

4.) Lightly base your scalp. The heavier the base, the less likely your relaxer will work well in the time allotted on the instructions.

5.) When neutralizing the hair, keep the hair going down in one direction. Like I mentioned, the neutralizing stage is where the straightness you smoothed is locked in. If you neutralize with your hair all over your head-- you can cause damage to the cuticle and give yourself all sorts of porosity problems and eventual hair reversion issues! Be gentle, and try to keep it all going in one direction.

(I know you didn't ask but) Honestly, I personally dont' recommend going bone straight with relaxers- especially if you're doing them yourself. If you go too straight, you'll stress your hair and that'll lead to more breakage than you'll want to see. I'd go to about 80% straightness-- that'll leave some elasticity and strength to your hair. Bone straight hair is one step away from overprocessed hair that won't stop breaking. What hair relaxer will make my curly hair super straight?鈾?

I personally use a kid relaxer for the simple fact that its lower in damage

i use Dark and Lovely Beautiful Beginnings Kids No-Mistake Nourishing No-Lye Cream Relaxer, Normal to Coarse Hair

Oh god dont do this your self!!!!!!! Its not safe to remove more than 80% of the curl and any blonde you may have will break off a little bit. Go to the salon!!!!!!
DONT use a store product. believe me, go to a salon! ive had my hair relaxed since the 6th grade up to when i was in high school.
